Vinylsharp is a collective driven by a vision to preserve and revive vinyl culture in today’s digital-first world. At a time when vinyl is often considered obsolete, Vinylsharp is working to reintroduce audiences to the depth, warmth, and authenticity of analogue sound through thoughtfully designed immersive listening experiences.

This vision found a strong platform at The Sixth Sense Festival, a music and art festival that brings together creative disciplines under one roof. As part of the festival,

Vinylsharp was given the opportunity to set up a dedicated vinyl listening experience centre in Bengaluru — showcasing one of the city’s largest vinyl record collections and offering visitors a rare and curated analogue listening journey.

To support this initiative, Vinylsharp invested in a professional audio solution supplied by Stagemix Technologies. The system installed features LD Systems MAUI 28 G3 MIX cardioid column PA systems, delivering 2060 W peak power and up to 127 dB SPL. With a 12" subwoofer, 12 × 3.5" midrange drivers, and 2 × 1" high-frequency drivers, it provides powerful bass, balanced mids, and precise highs. The cardioid design and DynX® DSP ensure controlled dispersion and clear, distortion-free sound, making it ideal for immersive listening spaces.

Mr. Venkatesh Kariyappa, Founder of Vinylsharp, shared his vision of reviving analogue music culture through immersive listening spaces.

We are proud to be part of an initiative that bridges analogue music heritage with modern sound reinforcement, and we look forward to enabling many more immersive listening experiences in the future.

For Stagemix Technologies, this project represents a meaningful collaboration between culture, music, and professional audio technology. Supporting Vinylsharp’s vision at The Sixth Sense Festival aligns with our continued commitment to delivering purpose-built sound solutions for music-driven spaces and experiential venues.
