- Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such cases, you can initiate a return after receiving the product.

 

Refund Process:

- Once your cancellation is approved, the refund process will begin. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your payment method and banking institution.

 

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

- Products received in damaged or defective condition.
- Incorrect product delivered.
